Information in your enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, project postcode, customer type, service requirements and project details. You may also provide a product preference, park or company name and an optional photograph or document.
Please only send information relevant to the project. Avoid including other people’s personal details or sensitive documents in your message or attachments.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements, assess whether we can help and prepare a quotation. Where you ask us to quote for work you may purchase, this supports steps taken at your request before entering a contract. For general and business enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to people who contact us about our services.
The required fields help us understand and respond to your request. You can also contact us by telephone or email.
How your enquiry is handled
The website uses Contact Form 7 to send enquiries to our business email address. Contact Form 7 itself does not keep a database of submitted messages. Enquiry emails and attachments may remain in our email system. Website hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering those services.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond, manage the proposed work and meet applicable record-keeping or legal requirements. The relevant period depends on whether the enquiry becomes a customer project, any continuing correspondence and any unresolved issue.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
