Decking in Maidstone
& Medway.
Garden, caravan and lodge decking enquiries across Maidstone, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham and the surrounding area.
Discuss your decking project ↗Outdoor space around Maidstone and Medway.
Maidstone sits on the River Medway, with countryside and villages nearby. Gardens and park plots can have very different shapes, so the best deck starts with how you want to use the available space.
A seating platform can connect a doorway to the garden and create room for a table without filling the whole plot. We discuss changes in level, existing surfaces and access before recommending a layout.
Can decking work on a plot with changing levels?
We can assess the levels and discuss a supporting frame, steps and handrails appropriate to the proposed layout. Send photographs and approximate dimensions to start.

One deck or a wider park programme.
We welcome park contracts with no minimum project size. Discuss replacements, new pitches and phased improvements, with supply only, fitting only or a complete service.
Explore our park operator service ↗Plan the space around your property.
For a garden project in Maidstone or Medway, tell us how you want to use the space: outdoor dining, a seating area or a replacement for an existing deck. We can discuss Millboard and Redux options alongside the layout, edges and any steps.
Make access part of the plan.
Photos of the route from the road to the proposed deck help us discuss delivery and installation. Include any narrow passages, changes in level or restrictions on vehicle access.
Caravan and park enquiries
For a caravan, lodge or park project, include the park name and operator requirements. Our uPVC service covers supply only, fitting only and supply with installation.
The finish matters.
So does everything beneath it.
Careful ground preparation to suit the site is the starting point. Our timber subframe approach uses 6 × 2-inch members with spans no greater than 1.8 metres, bolted headers and solid 4 × 4-inch supporting posts notched beneath the frame, with 6 mm structural fixings.
A substantial subframe
The supporting structure is part of the conversation from the outset, with the layout and site conditions considered alongside the finished deck.
Steel available
Prefer a steel subframe? We can discuss this option and confirm the proposed construction in your quotation.
Reinforced handrails
Steel-reinforced handrails form part of our uPVC decking offer. We discuss the handrails, steps and access as a complete layout.
The proposed structure, materials and scope are confirmed for each project.
